This 1/2day MENTupLEADup®️ Masterclass will encourage you as a CMAC ™(Consultant, Mentor, Advisor, Coach) to fully include the leadership attitudes, knowledge and skills of your client, into your business support service. We will explore 8 types of small business leader and how you can integrate this into your business support, to strengthen the work you are already doing and ensure greater impact with your client.

This is a half day event with a certificate of attendance provided. There will be an opportunity to go further and gain an ILM Certificate in Entrepreneurial Leadership and also become a Licenced Practitioner in the MENTupLEADup®️ technique.

This Masterclass will be delivered by Michelle Lestas, the Founder & CEO of the MENTupLEADup®️ technique and published author of “In Business With Yourself” (Orpen Press, 2021). Michelle delivers powerful talks on the 8 types of entrepreneurial leadership outlined in her book. Michelle is also a Business Turnaround Specialist of over 20 years, Business Columnist with the Irish News and Chair of the Association of Business Mentors in Ireland.
