Creating Outstanding Customer Experiences
Available for businesses, social enterprises and co-operatives based in the Belfast City Council area with less than 50 full-time employees (or part-time equivalent).
This workshop will help retailers to think about how they can maximise customer experience in what is clearly now an experience economy.
The session will:
Introduce the topic of customer experience and how this is now a key battleground for the hearts and minds of your customers.
Help you identify WHO your target customer is and be clear that you understand their needs and what they are looking for in your retail experience.
Introduce the concept of a customer journey - exploring how customers will move through your physical store and your online presence.
Look at how your staff interact with customers to help ensure excellent experience and Look at how customer experience may be measured in your business.
This workshop is part of the Belfast City Council's Retail Industry Bootcamp and is exclusively available to programme participants who are accessing 21 hours of free one to one mentoring.
