OBP Tenant, Trainor Stone & Tile Lands Major Contract at Landmark London Project

We’re proud to share that one of our own, Trainor Stone and Tile, has been awarded a prestigious contract as part of a £240 million office development, 20 Ropemaker, in London.

The firm, with a base right here at Ormeau Business Park, secured the prestigious contract following a competitive tender process and was selected for their track record of managing complex high-end commercial projects.

With works to start in late 2024 and run into 2025, they are excited to get started on such a landmark project and the firm says it is currently strengthening its team in Belfast to support their continued expansion.
